Link in bio for Dentists New patients, the hours, and the number that is not the form.

A dentist link in bio is the practice’s front door for people who are not logged into a portal. Hours, whether you are taking new patients, the plans you are in network with, and the phone that answers when something hurts. It is not a chart and not a diagnosis.

I help independent practices explain what they actually do

Writer and advisor in Milan. I sit with architects, editors, and small studios until the work can be said in a sentence a stranger would trust.

Practice

Studio advisory, in writing

Most independent practices do not need a rebrand. They need language that matches the rooms they already make. I work in conversation, then on paper, then — only if it is useful — on the site.

How we begin

A month of interviews and editing. A positioning note you can actually use. Optional: a one-page site, often on SayHi, so the public version stays as quiet as the work.

What belongs on the door

Clinical detail stays in the operatory. The page answers whether someone can become a patient.

New patients

Yes or no, and the age range if you are a children’s practice or you do not see children. A permanent “welcome” line is useless when the books are closed.

Hours and the emergency line

The days you are open, and a phone number for after hours that is not this form. Say who answers it.

Plans you are in network with

The names, as a short list you update. “Most insurance accepted” is how someone finds out at the desk that you are not.

Care you want to be known for

Prevention, implants, the thing the practice wants more of. Skip a catalog of every procedure code.

The office

Address, parking or transit in one clause, and the portal link if patients already have one elsewhere.

A door, not an operatory

Nurses on SayHi are writing a personal specialty bio. This page is a practice people visit. Different job, different facts.

01

Hours before philosophy

A sentence about gentle care does not say you are closed Friday. Lead with the schedule.

02

Name the plans

If the list changes, the page changes. Patients remember the name you printed.

03

Pain is a phone call

Tell people with swelling or trauma to call the emergency number. Do not invite symptoms into a contact form nobody watches at night.

Not a diagnosis

Do not describe what a photograph of teeth “means.” The page can say what the practice treats and how to become a patient. A clinician who has not seen the person does not diagnose them in a bio.

Templates for this work

Elegant

A front door: hours, plans, new patients. The dental demo starts on Elegant.

Minimal

If you want the facts even quieter, with almost no decoration.

What a link in bio is for. The profile link is one URL. The guide separates that from a stack of buttons. A practice needs hours and a phone in that one URL.

Publish the page

Print the hours you keep

Including the lunch close if the desk does not answer then.

List plans by name

Update the line when you drop a contract. The page will not know that you did.

Point existing patients at the portal

Records, billing questions, and forms live there. This URL is for someone who does not have a login yet.

Questions

Can new patients complete medical history here?

No. Link the forms system the practice uses. SayHi’s message block is not a health record.

Is the contact form an emergency line?

No. Put the after-hours phone on the page and say the form is for ordinary questions you will read later.

Will you list every procedure?

You should not. Name the care you want to be known for and link a fuller list on the practice site if you have one.

How is this different from the nurse page?

The nurse page is a person’s specialty and credentials for staffing or speaking. This page is a clinic door: hours, plans, and new patients.

Can I take payment for a cleaning here?

No. Billing stays in the practice system. The page can say you are taking new patients. It cannot check them out.
