What a room page links

Bento is the grid of pieces: a room, a material, a sentence, a link. Nia’s demo is identity work. Replace the cards with rooms.

Rooms

Three, with the year and what changed: a kitchen opened, a bedroom calmed, a lobby reseated. “Before and after” only if both are yours to show.

Consult or full project

An hourly walk-through is not a furnishing contract. Say which one this URL is for. Offer the other as a smaller note if you still do it.

Sources you will name

Trade-only, vintage, or a workshop you return to. Name the kind of source. A dump of affiliate links is a different business.

How a job proceeds

Measure, concept, procurement, install. Three or four beats. The contract can be a file you send after they write.

Where you work

Cities, or “drawings remote, install local.” A national claim without a travel rule creates the wrong inquiries.

Rooms, then the business

Architects lead with a license and a building role. You lead with the room and the scope of help.

The room is the argument

A logo and a sans-serif manifesto can wait. People tapped to see if you can handle their kind of room.

Scope in one line

Consult, furnishings, or both. Procurement markup, if you charge it, belongs in that line rather than in a surprise later.

Credit the photographer and the architect

If the shell is someone else’s, say so. The room you designed is enough of a claim.

Pins are not a portfolio

A grid of other people’s products with no room you finished reads as shopping. If a product is on the page, it should be because it is in a project you can show.

Questions

Can clients approve finishes on the page?

No. Show the finished rooms and take the conversation by email or the form. SayHi is not a selection workbook.

How is this different from the architect page?

Architects credit a building role and a license. This page is interiors: scope, rooms, and sources. If you stamp drawings, use the architect page for that practice.

Is this the designer page?

The designer persona is identity, objects, and a studio grid. Use it for graphic and object work. Use this page when the work is rooms people live in.

Can I sell furniture here?

You can link a shop. The page does not check out or track inventory.

What if the architect owns the photography rights?

Do not upload the file until you can. A described project with no stolen still is better than a hotlink. Remote image URLs are rejected anyway.
