Link in bio for Realtors The house, the consult, and this weekend. Not six equal buttons.

Someone taps a realtor link in bio from a story, a yard-sign photo, or a text that said “who is your agent.” They need the live search, whether you work with buyers or sellers, and a way to ask about one address. They do not need a second brokerage homepage.

I help independent practices explain what they actually do

Writer and advisor in Milan. I sit with architects, editors, and small studios until the work can be said in a sentence a stranger would trust.

Milan

Practice

Studio advisory, in writing

Most independent practices do not need a rebrand. They need language that matches the rooms they already make. I work in conversation, then on paper, then — only if it is useful — on the site.

How we begin

A month of interviews and editing. A positioning note you can actually use. Optional: a one-page site, often on SayHi, so the public version stays as quiet as the work.

What belongs on a realtor bio

Put the thing they texted you about first. The brokerage logo can wait under the license line.

Active listings

Link the search your brokerage already hosts. SayHi does not connect to an MLS, and a grid of last year’s sold flyers is not a search.

Buyer consult

One link or the contact block for people who do not have a house picked out. Say whether you work the city, a suburb, or a price band.

Seller conversation

A short note on what you need before a pricing talk: address, timing, and whether they already have an agent. Do not promise a number on the page.

Open houses

This weekend only. Address, hours, and a line about whether they should register. Delete it Monday.

License and brokerage

Your name as licensed, the brokerage, and the state. Fair housing: describe property and public facts, not the buyer you hope shows up.

The page a stranger can use

Elena’s demo is a writer. Steal the cream card, then replace every sentence with the market you actually work.

01

One market, named

“Residential real estate” fits every agent in the country. Name the neighborhoods or the kind of sale, and say what you do not take.

02

A consult is not a listing alert

Buyers who want a login and sellers who want a walk-through are different doors. Give them different sentences.

03

Photos of houses are not your portrait

If the work is the homes, use the Portfolio template and upload those stills in the studio. Remote image URLs are rejected.

Yard sign versus profile

The sign

One address, one phone number, and a brokerage mark. It is doing its job.

The bio

The person who already knows your name and needs the other listings, the weekend, or a way to ask. Elegant is the quieter layout for that.

Templates for this work

Elegant

A practice card: name, market, and the doors. The realtor demo starts here.

Portfolio

When the homes themselves should take the width and the bio should stay a caption.

Instagram link in bio. Listing photos already live on the grid. The guide covers putting one page behind that tap instead of a stack of native destinations.

Publish the page

Paste the search you already pay for

The brokerage search, the coming-soon list, or the single listing they asked about. One of those, not all three at the same size.

Write the license line yourself

SayHi will not look up a real-estate commission. If your state requires the brokerage on advertising, put it in a text block.

Publish the name you use on the sign

sayhi.page/yourname is the URL. Custom domains are not offered, so pick a username you would put next to the phone number.

Questions

Can SayHi show my MLS listings?

No. Link the search or the listing pages your brokerage already hosts. The bio explains who you are and which of those links matters today.

Where do open-house hours go?

In a text block or a single link, dated. There is no calendar sync. Take the block down when the weekend is over.

Is this page a second real-estate-agent URL?

No. Realtors and real-estate agents share this page. A second slug would be the same job with the title swapped.

Can a buyer book a showing here?

Not inside SayHi. Link the showing tool you use, or ask them to write with the address. The built-in door is a name, an email, and a message.

What should I avoid writing about clients?

Do not describe the kind of person you want to attract. Describe the property, the public facts of a place, and how to start a conversation.
