Link in bio for Yoga instructors This week’s classes, the style, and what to bring.

A yoga link in bio gets tapped in a parking lot or on the way to a studio. The useful version names the style, lists the classes you are actually teaching this week, and says whether a private session is a different door. A sunrise quote is not a schedule.

Portrait of Rio Hale on a city street at golden hour

Rio Hale

Short films about ordinary nights

I walk around with a small camera and wait for the steam, the bus lights, the joke someone almost told. Weekly pieces from Los Angeles kitchens and sidewalks.

What this is

Not a vlog. Not a brand. A stack of three-minute films about the part of the day after the work lights go off and before anyone has decided to go home.

Say hiCollabs if the night is interesting.

What a student is looking for

Rio is a fictional filmmaker. Creator is the phone layout. The class list replaces the film.

This week’s classes

Studio name, day, time, and level. If a sub is teaching, say so. A permanent “see my Instagram for times” is a page that refuses to be a page.

The style you teach

Ashtanga, restorative, prenatal, the sequence you will not pretend to offer. One style named beats a list of every training.

Private sessions

Where, how long, and who they are for. If you do not teach privates, say that, so the class list is the only door.

What to bring

Mat policy, water, whether the room is heated. The practical line does more than a manifesto about presence.

Studio policy

Late entry, the cancellation window, and the waiver if the studio has one. Link the studio. Do not retype their legal text.

A schedule survives a quote

People follow you for the class. The page should get them into the room you meant.

Times before philosophy

The style can be a sentence under the list. It should not push Thursday’s 6 a.m. below the fold.

Name the studio

If you teach in three rooms, three lines. A personal brand that hides the address helps no one with a calendar.

Privates are optional

Offer them only if you want them. A button you will not answer trains people to stop tapping.

Not a treatment

Do not claim the class fixes an injury or a diagnosis. If a student needs a modification, the page can say you will offer options, and that pain is a reason to stop and ask a clinician.

Templates for this work

Creator

The tap is on a phone, often from a story. Creator is built for that width.

Elegant

If the practice is mostly private work and the schedule is a short list.

Instagram link in bio. Class clips live on the grid. The guide is how a single page can hold the schedule those clips keep promising.

Publish the page

Type this week’s rooms

Then delete last week. A stale 9 a.m. is worse than no time at all.

Say the level in the same line as the time

Open, all levels, or a led primary. Students should not have to guess from the caption.

Link the studio’s waiver if they require one

You do not need to paste it. You need the door.

Questions

Can students book a class on SayHi?

No. Link the studio’s booking page. The bio lists the classes that are yours and the times that are true this week.

How is this different from a personal trainer page?

Trainers write a program for one person in a gym or on a call. This page is a class style and a weekly room list. If you also train privately, keep that offer on the trainer page so Thursday’s class is not buried under a package.

Should I list every training I have taken?

Name the style you teach now. A certificate list under the schedule is optional and usually too long.

Can I sell a retreat here?

Link the page where someone pays and reads the dates. SayHi does not take payment or manage a guest list.

What if the studio changes my time on Sunday night?

Change the line. The page is yours to edit. There is no sync with the studio’s software.
