The genres and the contexts: peak-time club, open-format wedding, listening bar. The refusals matter as much as the list.

Club or private

Separate doors if the buyers are different. A promoter and a couple should not share one “book me” sentence.

Rider

The file you already send: decks you need, booth limits, a contact for the day-of. Link it. Do not paste a novel.

Dates

Rooms you can name. If a hold is private, leave it off. There is no calendar connection.

Promoters skim. Couples skim differently.

A mix as proof, then a split between club work and private events. The product is a room you will play.

Replace Sora’s release with the mix

Point the top card at the mix: artwork you upload, a title, the length, and the page where it plays. Delete the album sentences that came with the demo.

Split the buyers

Write two short blocks if weddings and clubs both pay you. If only one does, delete the other.

Date the dates

A past residency left up all year reads as a page nobody maintains.

Questions

Can I embed a mix from SoundCloud or Spotify?

No. The listen card links out. Playback stays on that site. You choose the artwork and the URL.

How is a DJ page different from a musician page?

Musicians on SayHi lead with a release. This page leads with a mix and a booking split. If you also release records, link the musician-shaped page or pick the one this URL should be.

Where does the tech rider go?

As a link to a file you host, plus one sentence on the page about what a promoter must have in the booth.

Can couples pay a deposit here?

No. Explain the hold and link the invoice tool you use. SayHi does not take payment.

Should every gig be listed?

List the ones you can name. A private hold is not a public date. There is no calendar to sync.
